- Interviewed and recruited numerous in-house counsel from a wide variety of jurisdictions
- Led multinational, multi-cultural teams providing seamless, cost effective legal and regulatory support in dynamic and challenging commercial environments
- Led two highly regarded in-house counsel associations in the US and UK as Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel (formerly the American Corporate Counsel Association) in 2002-03 and as Chairman of the English Law Society’s Commerce and Industry Group in 1996-97
- Has participated in the Prince of Wales's Business & the Environment Programme since 1994
